Hello all, My brother in Pukekohe has found his bike not warrantable and he is now pissed off that he cant go to the Cold Kiwi. Now what im asking is if anyone on here has a spare bike that would go the distance and that they would not mind someone else riding. He has a full licence and is a very carefull rider, Also he will cover any insurance excess if needed.
(Hopefully not ). Im in wellies and we dont see each other much accept for this event. So if anyone can help please PM me .... Thanks in advance. :scooter:

Did i say thats he is a sky installer and may be able to help if you need to lay a cable or if you have reception problems. Always happy to trade services in exchange for a bike to borrow.....

hiring a bike will be expensive

I looked into that a few years ago (for going to the cold kiwi)
Even though its off peek you still will pay aprox $500 for a crappy GN250 and have a bond of $1000

he is probably better off fixing up his own bike.
(what is it and what does it need.....you maybe suprised at what people will supply from kiwibiker)

If He cant find someone on here
He maybe better off talking to a bike shop (or a good wreaker) to see if they have a bike he can use.

I ended up buying a old bike of tradme
Its had a few cold kiwi's now and thats all I keep it for

Keep us informed
hope to see you BOTH down there
