Can't seem to find anything but I thought I had seen a list of all the (summer) seasons calender of events/rallys etc on here. (North and South islands)
If there is such a thing, could someone please direct me to it? Thank's, John.

have a look on the chatto creek website - Jantar seems to be getting all the events onto that. Now Jantar would know how to put the link on here - I'll have a go and see what happens

Have you seen my post on this Long Drop Rally - same weekend as the 1000 miler - just the sort of thing youwere trying to avoid happening

We moved the dates of the 1000 miler this year from the last weekend in November to the first weekend in December to avoid clashing with the Burt Munroe Memorial weekend. As far as we were aware there was nothing else on in Canterbury, Otago or Southland for the first weekend in December.
Is this Long Drop Rally a new event? or has it been held in the past?

The Longdrop Rally at Duntroon has now been added to the Chatto Creek site at http://chatto-creek-mcc.tripod.com/
But I'll still be doing the 1000 miler. Its the ride not the destination. :ride: :ride: :D :ride: :ride:

According to your schedule the Vincent County is going to be at "Golloway", is that a change of location? Never heard of the place, I've heard of Golliwogs but never Golloway...:innocent:

Galloway is where it has always been held. That is the name of that piece of flat area next to the Manuherikia River 6 kms east of Alexandra.

I was trying to point out, in a rather subtle way, that you have misspelt Galloway on your webpage. I guess I was a little to subtle.

I'm sure the webpage says "Galloway". Well at least it does now. :innocent:
