ooh dream bike. Shame I couldn't afford it.
You can remove the stem and mount the indicator/plate mount part of it directly to the undertail but that will look much worse. Just talk to Bugjuice about a fender eliminator.

First decent 'wheelie' should fix them for you.
Don't pick holes in your new toy or all you will see is the holes!
Very nice bike

very nice, good on ya. I had a look over one in our local Hamilton Yammy dealer a month or so ago, cosmetically I'd take a new R6 over any of the other make's 600's at the moment, styling of the earlier R6's just didn't seem quite right to me, have you owned previous models?

take it easy on the road mate. I hope you arent commuting on that beast because they are designed for one thing - RACING.
I was contemplating getting one myself, but i commute far too much and cant afford to have two bikes insured and registered at the same time. Still loving my 1999 model though!
If you didnt already know there is a suspension setup guide in the July edition of the PerformanceBike mag from the UK. If you cant get a hold of it send me a PM and i'll scan it for you.

Rip the whole lot off - anyone who is behind you doesn't need to know where you're going coz you'll be travelling that fast! And losing the number plate shouldn't cause you any heartache!
Lucky person. I am green  with envy.

Imo the rear spade is horrible, that amateur looking bracket looks really cheap but i guess it was made like that so you can just unbolt the lot and remove it for the track. Once removed it looks real sharp, see here (http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/592773/) and here (http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/581321/) how some owners have sorted it. As already suggested, look for a fender eliminator to tidy things up...other than that the new R6 is an awesome machine apparently, so enjoy! :Punk:
