To be honest I dunno why it seized. It frees up but when it got hot it seized again. Mind you this happened twice then I put it away. So could be something simple. I just can't be arsed to muck around with it.

The rest of the bike is in workable nik. For example the rear light is taped on. There are a number of scuff marks here and there etc. Certainly not mint, but everthing works.
