Mate if its a Gixxer its gotta be good :D
I have an 01 750 and love it...the 600 does not have the upside-down front forks or the braced rear swing-arm but a few guys on this site have them and theyre pretty impressive

Korn means to say that the 600 does NOT have the braced swingarm or USD forks.
I have a 01 model and it kicks ass. The 02 model is virtually exactly the same. The bike has given me no problem what so ever mechanically, the only problems I have run into have been a result of mistreatment being a race bike previously in its life. Stuff like threaded screw holes and fucked sump plug thread - all easily fixed.
Heaps of power, excellent handling and great stopping power.
Though I am a bit bias/uninformed considering I have no other experience with other 600s. Despite this I have no complaints and I'm glad I went for the Gixxer.
It is a Suzuki after all

ahhhh okay 04
thats my area
04 was a sorta semi update, same engine as k1-k3 with just some titiumin extras inside, also went to upside down forks, and radial capliers and master cyclinder.(which means good brakes)
Over all great bike, 30,000kms on mine, no problems with it
