This picture was taken by a KTBS helicopter flying over Lake Conroe in Texas !

That has to be a HUGE gator to have a whole deer in its mouth!



This alligator was found between Athens and Palestine, Texas near a house. How would you like to meet this fella in the dark? Never let it be said that we don't grow them big in Texas.

Game wardens were forced to shoot the alligator- guess he wouldn't cooperate...

There are enough guns in Texas for each person to have atleast one I'd bet. Not suprised they shot it but it would of been cool to keep it alive. They could never bring that in themselves tho.

I kinda feel sorry for the gator, it was just doing what it does.... Not that I would want to come "face to face" with it. But if there's one that size in the area surely there'd be more that may be even bigger, you cant just go shooting all of them, can you?!
