I need a 3-bolt flange cut from 8mm thick mild steel so I can make a link pipe for my exhaust.
Does anyone know where I can get this done, preferable quite cheap? I have found a few places in the ol Yellow Pages, but the "cheap" bit was usually missing.
Alternatively, can anyone turn up a 8mm thick mild steel ring for me OD=115mm, ID=58mm, and I will make it the right shape with files, hammers, angle grinders, swearing etc.

Cheers

Laserstream in AK, or Marshall Profiling 07 850 8336 in Hams could do a plasma cut but its rougher than laser.
Use alloy if you can :)

Cool, thanks. Will give them a try.

I planned on using mild steel as the pipe will be made from that. Can you weld aluminium to mild steel?

I was planning on using steel and getting them High Performance coated

No alloy won't weld to M.S.
