not sure about the vibration.
I get about 220-240kms on a tank at pretty much the same pace.
depends on a few things:
acceleration (or who I'm trying to keep up with :) )
hills
how anal I was feeling last time I filled up .. some times I fill it to the top, sometimes I can't be bothered and stop filling at the first 'click' from the pump.

I seem to get more out of my tank than that, Maybe the speed chews through it more so?
I was woundering also my left footpeg vibrates really hard and have to reposition my foot to feel comftable, would be interested if anyone knows why.

Might be an engine or some thing.
Your feet sitting flat on the pedals or up on the balls of your feet?

I would normally get around the 230k mark before reserve light.
How high you fill the tank plays a big part. Its surprising how much more petrol you can get in if you let it settle then pump a bit, then let settle etc etc. You can also get more in if the bike is upright e.g. on a center stand as you get a better idea of where the neck starts.

on the 900 I almost always fill my bike to the brim and get 240ks and as much as 270ks before the light comes on. Custom Chambers mufflers, K&N filter and Givi screen probably each add a little to the economy.
Done some big rides and the left footpeg has not been a noticeable problem. Smooth as silk compared to the MuZ 660 Scorpion that I also ride! As an aside the MuZ has an 18l tank and does 20km/l even when having fun - on to reserve at 300ks!

I find my right foot gets very numb after about half an hour, can't feel it for about 10mins after getting off, thinking it's from vibes. I get about 250-270 out of a tank.
