yeah this pretty much bites...
bought a Suzuki VL 250 Intruder (2003), nice green n chrome 7 weeks ago from Colemans Suzuki up here in AKL, to learn the skills and get into biking.
Last night it was stolen from my car port in Meadowbank, talked to the neighbours and one of them reckoned he heard a metallic hammering sound about midnight but looked outside and couldnt see anything
Turns out it was probably the soud of the thieves hammering off my locking device.
Pricks.
Rego is 25WFM, its missing the rear pillion seat, so its a pretty vintage looking bike.
If anyone sees a green intruder with no rear seat blatting around, please let me know. Its insured, but I had grown real attached to it and would love it back.

Arseholes, I know exactly how you feel. Had a TT350 nicked from work awhile back. Be prepared for the long wait for the insurance company to pul their finger out of their arse and give you your money. Be nice if you got it back, provided that its in the same condition that it went in. My biggest fear when the TT was stolen was that it would come back nackered after being snotted by the theives then given a bodgey repair job from the insurance company. Hope it all sorts itself out for you, good luck!

Bummer man, I will keep my eyes open on behalf.
I would really like to catch pricks like this and introduce them to some friends of mine.... have a wee chat about the changes they will make in their lives.

Feck, sorry to hear about that - frikkin' thieving bastiches need to have their 'nads revved on by a nice fat rear wheel. Hope it turns up and will keep an eye out  Hate it when I hear things like this, makes me even more paranoid about my own ride

Sorry to hear! They're a nice little bike! Hope you get some results, it'll be interesting to see if a forum like this one can help with so many looking out for it including the Cops here.
Has anyone had success in similar instances due to KB or some other forum?
