Passed my restricted yesterday!!! Hats off to the tester who actually used a radio for the test! I did it in browns bay here in auckland by the way so if anyone wants to do their restricted you might wanna do it there to see if they still use the headsets.
Still trying to come up with a way to destroy the plate though...

Headsets in browns bay? Sweet, they didn't have any three months ago.
Congrats.

Congrats to you! I'm still counting down the days :innocent: so you're off to do the DDC to shorten the time? :niceone:

Nope gotta wait it out. Still on my restricted for the cage so can't do anything about it. Marking down the days though until I can get my full for the bike and then supersize it.

That's funny, I did it a few months ago in Browns Bay and no radio. Made me miss a turn off :nono: Thank God for nepotism, though!

Its pretty much the same for the restricted for a car license. They get you to pull over, go through roundabouts, go do a u-turn in a dead-end street, and start off when parked beside a kerb. You just have to be careful that you signal all the time, watch your speed and obey all posted signs (stop signs, etc.)
I was gonna pour gasoline on the plate then light it on fire! I'll post some pics after I do it tomorrow!

I sat my full in BB with no headset.
