Through the fantastic support from the officials of the Wanganui Road Racing Club, Team Aircom SsangYong Castrol LCR Racing will be heading back across the ditch to compete in the BOS Series as well as the NZ Nationals.
The enjoyment and success that the Team had in the previous year competing in NZ has prompted them to come back and defend their NZ Road Racing Championship. Also on the cards is to compete in the full BOS Series which the Team regards as one of their favoured race series that they can compete in.
There is a change in the rider line up for this year with KIWI Darren Abrahams aka Booty taking on the passenger role for the NZ events continuing on from his impresive form shown in the Aussie championships in 2006.
Team Aircom SsangYong Castrol LCR Racing regard Booty as one of the best passengers in the Southern Hemispere and are keen to cement his spot in the Team.
Stacey Sellar will continue his successful career as the driver for the Team during the NZ series.
Special thanks to Wayne Marshall ( Wanganui Official ) Brett Gilbert ( Team Owner) Castrol ( Proud Sponsor )

Hey there Joni,

As far as I know at the moment, Doug Chivas is coming back over to take me on at the Cemetry Circuit.
That in itself should make it some very interesting racing.I am yet to call him and find out what the bet will be for the bragging rights of Wanganui.I think this year is going to be very tough for us against the KIWI boys and girls but I do know that I have come to grips with riding the new bike and I am going to smash the lap record. So any of the KIWI Teams that beat me will obviously be the new lap record holders.

All the best to you Joni,

Stacey Sellar
