Looks like Kawasaki is finally going to update the KLR650: http://www.motorcycledaily.com/23september06_klr650.htm

I like the new styling, it makes even more road orientated than before reinforced by the suspension changes. Of that could be good or bad depending on your perspective.

There doesn't appear to be anything too radical but the big question is have they done anything to resolve the doohickey issue that some of them have.

Shame they didn't annonce this a few months ago before I got thje GS - might've waited.

Damn thats nice! I just bought a new KLR but looking at this is should have waited as well.

But touch wood no troubles as yet with the new bike done nearly 3000km already on it (1500+ to the cold kiwi) and now planning the grand challange (1000 miles/24hours) next month. Should be a blast
