October 14th, after the days racing at Taupo, I propose that those who are keen, come back to Vegas for and evening of talking shit and catching up amongst friends.

I'll be putting a two room tent on the back lawn, and have a locking garage to stick bikes into.

I'll get one of the locals to bring a barbeque along and get the flatmates to empty the fridge to make way for the more important things.

Text or PM me for my address, or see me on the day between races

You know about the after racing party/prize giving aye? Still, could well be keen!

BTW, anyone know what the story was with the guy who crashed on the middle straight and was ambulanced off? I thought it was in clubmans, but no DNFs shown there, so might have been f3

Saw him in the back of the ambo. Nasty abrasion and his leathers were fairly rooted. I think he had trouble breathing but he didnt look too bad...he was sitting up and lucid. Thats all I know sorry.

he clipped the guy with the fancy looking R1 with the ohlins front forks etc....bike and had a massive wobble followed by dropping his bike and both skittling along the straight for a few hundred metres....looked bloody painful!

Nah, I didn't know about that, but I'll probably be giving that a miss. So as I can get home early, and set up to play host.

Goblin. I'm doing everything I can to be there, you want a spot on the trailer?

Yeah, It's on the VMCC website all the details as follows

All riders and their guests are welcome, indeed encouraged, to stay for the Series prizegiving and party afterward. To be held at 'The Shed' in Taupo on Saturday 14th October.

Where: The Shed, 18 Tuwharetoa Street, Taupo
When: Saturday 14th October from 6pm.
Food: We're providing a small amount of finger food but meals can be ordered from 6 - 10.30pm.
Drink: The Shed is a fully licensed bar and therefore there is plenty of choice but we are providing some

Yep, I'm sure Victoria Motorcycle club sat down when they were planning their series, and thought "We'd better have the last round on Waylanders birthday"
