ahh - 1/2 an hour later it re-appears. forgedaboutit.

ha - i'll tell you useless - I got a very nice letter form the BNZ today offering me compensation for improper prctices in the transfer of international funds.

An appology on the good stationery, well presented in a 45 cent post.....with an offer of..........42 cents.

I've already got significantly more than that as comedy value.

Sky's new satellite is due to go up soon. That should fix it.

My parents got one of those awhile ago (National Bank I think) for 2 cents. Remidns of of the IRD tax demand I got years ago for 22 cents, and they epxected me to pay postage to send it to them.. Bastards!

At least my credit card usage let me get $20 or so back from ANZ for dodgy overcharging.

Case of the law is an ass and the point of diminishing return.
I guess if i was doing more than sending the daughter birthday money it would be significant. Corporate transfers etc. But 42c ? really.
