Yeah, looks like it. If you look at the wheels it seems the bike isn't even moving.

If not photoshop then a most clever stunt which involves the rider tootling along at 10kmph and then carefully balancing the bike in a straight line while jumping off the rear, then running around in front of the machine as though the bike is chasing him, the next scene is the rider letting the bike pass and simply hopping back on!
