At 315 a year to insure that's damn cheap on a new bike.

My guess is a Guzzi Le Mans.

Well, I just shed a wee tear as Mstrs rode out the driveway on the old mistress. She has become such a part of our lives/lifestyles. She was the beginning of getting our own lives back, after six kids, mortgages and no money for an awfully long time.
hxc was 13 when we got her and we could leave him for an hour or two to go for a blat.
We've had some great trips on her, lots of fun, done things that seemed nigh impossible 3 years ago, met a lot of new people and made some fantastic friends because of her. I am really sad to see her go.
On the other hand though, he will be home soon with his new hussy - more adventures to come, no doubt. Whoever buys his old bike, they will get a treasure, I hope they look after her well

MSTRS promised if I let him get a new bike, he would buy me the M109 - they have a looovely burgundy one in stock. The guy in the bike shop assures me that 109 stands for the Cc rating - so I should be sweet on my current L licence... right?

I think a bit more time riding and experiencing the new bike would be a good option before we go out and test ride them hard.
I might not make it this week cos we are crutching lambs and Mike has his 4x4 here for me to work on tomorrow. See what happens.

Funny how you say you are not competitive. I can't catch you. If you had a Gixxer it would be enough to make me cry.
I was out with John tonight and I think he is a candidate for the Thursday riding group. A few settings to sort out with the front end and he will be away.
Spoke to Mark tonight. He want's to ride up with us on the 5th Nov. So will keep in touch about that in time.
