I hear you have a king shiner too! Sorry I didnt get to the hospital to see ya but I know many did. You certainly gave us a bit of a fright. What counts is you had all the right protective gear on, and I do believe it all really did its job. Wasnt nice to come around the corner and see ya tangled up in that fence. Ya bike can be fixed, we all know this. Will try and get up to your place to see ya on the weekend, so long as ya family members arent a bit biker shy right now.
I tell ya, we were looking forward to the pineapple salad too.

Gordie was awesome picking up the bike.

Ya have all earnt Ya "Black Knight Award" for ya show of Chivalry and honoring the unwritten "Biker Code". Bloody Awesome:2thumbsup

Trish my pillion helped big time too. Glad it hasn't put her off pillion yet, but this is the second KB ride in a row she has pillioned with me and there has be a biker down on both. Please Dudes and Dudettes stay on ya bikes next ride I bring her on. She's be an awesome pillion and I don't want her ta be put off by thinking that we can't have a ride without a crash, Aye.

By the way it is Northland Rescue Helicopter Appeal (http://www.topenergy.co.nz/pdf/te_pr20060918.pdf) time up here.
"People can complete and freepost return the official doantion form, which is being delivered to Northland homes starting next week, or they can visit any ASB branch with their donation." (http://www.topenergy.co.nz/pdf/te_pr20060918.pdf)

OK, it's is the White Northpower one not the Black Lion Foundation one (which is the one that picked up TIE/Andrew) but thought it might be good if those of us that were on the ride made a donation to it (or ya local Rescue Heli). Must remember ta do that myself. Was dam glad ta see it.
