Riiite.... if that is an honest time for a GN at the dragstrip, then that shall be yet another reason why I won't get a GN as my first bike. :gob:

Thanks.

Used to be thinking about getting a GN250 originally, but over the last couple of days my thinking has been changing to probably getting a FXR150 (or similar, such as RG150).

You could beat that time on a scooter. And If I remember right, Motoracer did.

just remember 2 strokes cost alot more to keep going.Because of having to re-do the engine from time to time??

that and buying 2 stroke oil at about 20-25 bucks per litre

dman

But the 2 stroke oil lasts ages and ages apparently? So I shouldn't be too worried about that cost.

Standard 180 2T scooter was a bit quicker than the GN 250 but not much

60 foot 2.578
1/8 11.493 91.11 Kmh
1/4 18.587 102.74 Kmh

That was into a strong head wind

One of the guys with us did a 15.5 on a scooter
