Hi,

Anyone have an opinion on the Shaun Harris Racing Exhaust system for the Daytona 675, it's what my dealer is recommending.

Are they good, bad, indifferent?

Are there any other systems that are better for the 675?

They say it should add about 10HP.

Personally I think the stock pipe suits the bike just nice. I wouldn't bother swapping it.

For 10 HP the stock system can go in the trash :Punk:

Dude, you really think you're gonna use those 10HP? Each to their own I suppose.

You hear correct.

AMPS demo has the Triumph 'off road' pipe and there are offerings by Neptune and Thunderbike as well.

I think you will find it is a " Harris " muffler not Shaun Harris one . Shaun barely makes sence at the best of times let alone Exhausts LOL

This also looks nice, though I guess it's just the can and not the whole system.

There should be a new biker safety message broadcast far and wide:

"LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES!!"

Not good photos and only half the fairing is on, but you get the idea.

Glenn is the chap I've been dealing with, good to hear he's a fussy picky prick, we will get on well.

Will have to make a roadtrip back down to Chirstchurch in a month or so to get it fitted :D

Why not get a nice ohlins in the back and then get the front re-springed and maybe re-valved too to match - Your handling and ability to lay the power down in the corner is going to make you a bigger threat than just outright straightline speed.

I dont say this lightly as i've decided to go for an ohlins over a full system akraprovic exhaust, simply because i know which one is gonna help me most. And I already have a slip on can anyway.

I have one on my Blade, you wont be able to sneek up on anyone with it, Bloody loud.

The gold piece in the centre is the optional power tip baffle, mine doesn't have it but I will be getting one, sounds great without it but the neighbours will soon start plotting revenge if you dont have it.
