The world today is to PC and CGI'd.
I wanna know what happend to the REAL heroes out there. Like the guys that did the Datsun Bluebird ads. Where is fast Freddie?

Stunt drivers from the original italian job?
Also anyone seen that sidecar show in the dome at Rainbows end.....fantastic. And looks a good 40 years before Ghost Rider.

There are no heroes any more. Heroes look out for the underdog and give of themselves to make a better society.

Now it's the one who scores the winning goal, drives the fastest race and is the best in their field of endeavours. We mistake sportsmen for heroes when in reality they are but sportsmen..........good at what they do but not heroes.

There are still heroes, and they're not all superstars and sportspeople with no morals. There are still fathers and mothers and sisters and brothers, who care. There are some good bosses and coaches and even some good kids. It does feel like they're harder to find but they're doing as best they can.

"Hero" was devalued when they used it to describe gays with HIV.
