(Taupo) Anyone else going down on Friday avo/evening 27th?

just wondering if anyone else is going down on friday avo/evening to taupo,
any recommendations of motels i should book, i havent been to the track in taupo, so im guessing something close to the track would be good--!!

oh and ps, if anyone needs any gear taking down , i have some spare room.

Myself and another KB'er are ridng down sometime Friday arvo. We're staying in central Taupo but yeah anything close to the track is OK.

I am planning on heading down on Friday afternoon around 3pm. Anyone wanna keep me company. I am going the back way thru the back of Hamilton, Te Awamutu then Waikino way. The weather is looking a bit dubious for a fast ride but time will tell.
