Wyoming artist, AD Maddox has made “tens of thousands of pounds” from a bizarre art-form, the ‘bug splat’ painting.
Maddox, 34, straps a canvas to the front of her motorbike then rides off at speed, smashing into as many insects as possible. On average, each artwork contains about 500 bugs.
She said: "I started doing this after I came back from a ride with my leather jacket covered in dead bugs. I don't feel bad about killing bugs."
