Good on ya!

You will now have the cash for a new bike but no time to ride it I reckon...

To help out I will give you the opportunity to find me a new car! Current car is a 1989 Toyota Startlet with only 220,000 km and I refuse to spend real money on a friggin car (hoik spit poit tooie)...

Find me a car that costs less to run and I'll buy it! (well as long as it cost less than $500 more than the trade in)

heh heh

Well done starting a business takes a lot of courage and a good business plan. What angle are you taking that sets you apart from the rest that makes you different, apart from being a motorcyclist :ride:

I recommend that you try the Biz info or what ever they are called now, heaps of valuable advice from others who have been in business for yonks, just for sitting in on the lectures, that give lots of tips and advice for all areas in business.

We went through this system and have found it fantastic for business, even won an award for retail excellence in the eastern bay of Plenty mainly from implementing advice given from the lecturers.

Good luck with the new buiz, Mate:rockon: I know how tight $$$ can be starting out (I've start my own Business twice). The first 1-3 year can be spent in the red, but hang in through the tough bits and it all works out in the end (+ keeping a little bit of cash under the table and righting off some of your hobby stuff against the Buiz helps, as long as you are don't get silly with it:rolleyes: ).

I did see a photo of an RG500 with a bit on the side on the net. there are some sick people out there.
Yes, will be looking for an Odyssey next year, so ping me if you have some thing in then. When depends on how much longer I can keep the Nissan Avenir going (290,000 commercial rep kms, and still going...). if it blows up, it may need to be brought foward a bit.
At present I am a poor student - a group (well poor anyway) which is diminishing judging from some of the hardware I see in the carpark in the morning. Even when I was working, I couldn't afford some of those wheels. Yes, even some of the wheels cost more than my car...

Speaking of expensive wheels, I saw some 21inch spinners... OUCH!!!

I could at present afford a good car, but the running costs over a bike would be rather draining...... mainly parking

Just my luck innit.
The major shareholder of the caryard had a major health problem come up.
I was offered full ownership of the yard But With such short notice i couldn't raise the 200k needed .
The yard is now closed. Ive got my investment back but that wasn't where i wanted to be.
To say I'm gutted is an understatement.
I'm now at the belmont branch of Devonport car company and the plan to own my own yard is still in place just not today.

kenYep, major bummer dude :disapint: Hey at least it was not due to "Alanistation";) Here's some good advise for "Finding Nemo":
"Just keep swimming, just keep swimming" (you could replace that with "just keep rideing:ride: ").
I find it very handy to repeat to myself when life is pileing on the "shit" ("swimming" stops you from "sinking" in it).
Drop me a line if you need a chat, OK?
