##Attention KiwiBikers!
On Saturday 9th December 2006 is the official opening of the new
Marsden Cove Marina in Whangarei Harbour.
Property Development company Hopper Developments will be putting on a fun filled weekend for Boat Owners, Helicopter Pilots, Car and Bike owners and spectators.
The Marina opening will be a two day affair beginning with the arrival of a large flotilla of craft from around 2pm onwards.
There will be a full programme including mass helicopter arrival at around 3:15pm followed by an aerobatic display at 3:40pm by the Thunder Mustang and a Dragonfly jet aircraft. The official opening is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm and followed by live music, displays of exotic cars and water craft of all shapes and sizes
Many spot prizes will be presented including helicopter flights, and other products.
Location:
Just inside Whangarei Harbour entrance and minutes from the turn off from State Highway One near Ruakaka
Basically what we are trying to get is a range of reasonably modern sports bikes if possible - cruisers also welcome.
So if your interested in attending and being the biker part of the event please PM or email me: liamshanahan123@gmail.com with your name and what bike you ride. (This is just so I can get an idea of numbers and bikes turning up)
We'll probably make a time to meet on Saturday and all ride up together from Auckland.
Any other questions feel free to ask.
Should be a great day out
Thanks
