Mate, further to our brief discussion in your other thread. From my experience with Trademe, you actually don't need to go to the extent of "$1 reserve" to attract some serious attention!!! Just price it no reserves way out of market.........i.e. $6K or $7K! Then you can eliminate those stupid and unnecessary $0.50 bids......just a suggestion man. Best of luck with the auction!

Just the pull the auction minutes before it closes if it gets nowhere close to what ya want. You won't be the first and probably won't be the last that does that. Can always put "advertised elsewhere" on the advert.

just put it on for the minimun you are willing to sell it for. there is a novel idea. Wanking on about $1 reserve just to get it advertised is just attracting the wrong customer base anyway.
