There's a new and free online game which has descened from the Sierra EarthSiege Universe. It's the sequal to StarSiege, titled StarSiege: 2845. It's in the ATR stage now, and you can download it from HERE (http://www.starsiege2845.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14466).

Be warned that it's a huge 620MB!! Vivendi Universal Games who own the rights to the StarSiege Universe will be releasing both the multiplayer and single player versions in the near future for free.

On dial-up over here. Broadband is a rip-off at $2,000 for a two year contract, payable up-front, and then it's 256/64. :angry:
