Two passengers in the Mercedes – Hemi Paul Pomana Marcus Noble, 17, of Kaitaia, and Frederick Te Aparua Murphy, 34, of Kerikeri – were killed.

According to the report the 2 dead people were in the stolen merc... but if I remember correctly when it was on the news they said the lady driver of the Rav4 had died... hopefully I'm mistaken...

So the little prick is 16... whats the bet he gets a slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket... some small amount of community service hours and thats it...
