Hey kiwi biker folk..heres my first post... Down in Auckland today with a ute load of oysters.Once off loaded i went shopping the 650 market checked BMW ...V stroms..transalps etc all bloody nice. Then i stumbled into a Kawasaki dealer in town ,and there she was ,the new 650 versy in black and that was me .... iwalked around it ..sat on it ..got under it.. drooled a bit cracked a phat...(repeat 3 times), looking in google for reviews but cant find bugger all, .does anyone out there know anything about this new model?? head light looks abit different but i can get over that.....

yep reakon thats me....our glorious leader cleaned me out of a bunch of me joy tickets $$$ last week so ive gotta pull some strings....but it shall be mine... feel like a kid at christmas time ay....

There's a couple in Motorad down here, but apart from the frame etc looking very ER6ish I know nothing about them. Don't 'look' very off road capable...

You're right it is a good bike, bought one myself in November when they first came out and haven't been disappointed.

There is a very good forum in the UK - http://www.versys.co.uk - lots of good info and contacts for mods, etc.
