That was pretty messy...reason #1 why stoppies on smaller bikes is a must in order to learn how to do them properly.

Those Borat clips are hilarious.

Ouch!! Isn't it funny though, how the first thing we do - almost without thinking - is pick the bloody bike up!

...or maybe "How not to do a wheelie"...

(with apologies to those who have seen this before).

And the first question after binning your bike while laying on the ground in pain "is my bike ok?"

Looks like he just grabbed a handfull of brake nothing else. Front didn't have time to tuck even just went end over end. That is probably what saved the him from the bike crushing him. He got flung instead of tucked.

Muppet...

happens quickly huh. Question, can you learn to be good at stoppies and wheelies without ever fucking it up and coming off?

One of the guys on here did that cept he had broken his lower leg so quickly sat back down to re-asses the intelligence of going to pick his bike up straight after an accident

The other thing people do is try to stand up before they have stopped sliding and end up going cartwheeling

I hate that crunchy, scrapie, plasticy, metallic, clunky noise bikes make when they go down the road on other than the rubber parts of their wheels. It makes me feel pain. Terrible pain.

so far so good. People to ask would be whitetrash, loosebruce and dss3. At the end of the day you wont be happy with just being able to do them and will pursue harder more challenging stunts - thats when you start breaking stuff.
