New Zealand should be sending large quantities of $$$'s to the UN to have these icebergs re-floated....
Gotta keep everything in it's original pristine condition...

I wonder if we can claim salvage rights?

I cringe at the lack of accuracy in 'news' reporting - and yet the media can influence the way people perceive and react to 'news' so much, often with negative reactions to said 'news'.

Some reporters should get a frozen ice-berg up 'em

Anyone got a few million litres of single malt and a really big tumbler?

What we need is a great big melting pot,
Big enough for icebergs and whisky shots!

The icebergs seen last year, and now again this year, haven't been this far north since 1931. That means that due to global warming the sea temperature now is about the same as it was in 1931. If it keeps warming at this rate we'll be able to have ice berg races and we'll need to fit snow tyres for summer time riding.

They mean some are not visible above the water - ships could plow into them without even realising they are there.
