Aprilia has formed a partnership with Jincheng Corporation, one of China's largest motorcycle manufacturers. Through the agreement, Jincheng will manufacture a new line of Aprilia motorcycles and engines.

"This is an outstanding partnership for Jincheng, and a pivotal step towards our global expansion," says Wang Jian, president of the Jincheng Group. "Aprilia is a world-renowned motorcycle producer, owner of the industry's top brands, and a part of the largest motorcycle production entity in Europe.”

So the bikes will feel like they are made of cardboard (and probably will be), they'll be fantastic in design and performance, but completely impractical and will refuse to work in the rain...

Must have been mentioned on here already but I can't be bothered searching, Benelli has been bought by a chinese company, not partnership, bought outright.

got to say from experience that allthough the aprilias are heavy they have one if not the best frames around for a new bike, hope they hold onto that.
experience after a mishap, trust me frames are tough.
