Can anyone tell me where the fuse for my headlight may be located on my KR? True to form I have just sold the bike and the fuse blows.... 3 of us just stood around the bike but we cant locate it. If it makes any difference mine is the "F" model or the ZSR....

It'll be in the fuse box.

Aha, humour me here.... where is the fuse box located? Would it be the little black box thing by my handle bar?

Hels it's usually under the seat. It has a cover which pops off to show the fuses. Congrats on the sale and enjoy that FZR !

I don't know quite frankly. Serves me right for being a marty.

The fuse box usually has "fuse" written on it and the lid is usually only held on by clips. It will most likely be up the front of the bike somewhere (maybe the one you are thinking of), or under that seat.

Cheers

The only fuse my KR150a has is one on the main wire from the battery.

Don't you have that manual you can look in now?

Is that the fuse box by the handle bars on your bike?

No, its right beside the battery, under the right side cover.

I've never seen a KR with a fuse box. But I haven't seen your model.

no, she's not sure, but both hi and low beam stopped at the same time. So something is wrong on the power delivery side, or it's got a dodgy earth. Might as well start at the fuse.

As it turns out the KR doesnt have a fuse box.... lol. All fixed now though, turned out to be some loose wires. Doh!
