This will be my first time try to and properly tune carburetors.
The bike has a few bad symptoms but I am not sure what the mean.
(Yamaha 1982 XV750)
Under 1500rpm the bike wants to stall... (When hot)
It idles uneven. Will drop/rise about 200rmp
One exhaust blows stronger.
Both plugs are dark brown to black.(Sometimes wet)
Plugs are new. Fuel filter new. Air Filter cleaned. Carb cleaned and blow-ed out with compressed air.
Without air filter the one carbs spits/front-fire fuel out.
Spark is good.
High RPM feels okay.
Backfires on down hills with throttle closed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
