Sometimes with my bike in a tight spot where backing it back and forth, lock to lock is a real ass. So I put the stand on, pull the bike over so the tires are off the deck and turn the bike using the stand as a pivot.

Seems a strange question but does anyone else do this? I was just thinking the other day that aside from in a ghostrider vid I havent seen anyone else do it so I started to wonder if it caused things to get wrecked (although my stand seems plenty tough).

Best way to damage the side stand sensor switch ..... if you have one.

Also puts stress on an area not designed to take the full weight of the bike.
