I frequent a UK forum for CB13 riders and it seems that the attached is to be Honda's 2007 variation on the half naked "S" model. (in the UK at least)Different strokes for different folks as they say. Me? Not overly convinced. What do you reckon?

I like that. Just enough fairing to stop the wind being tiring. And does the name imply it is fitted with ABS?

Sure does Ixion, but that's not a new feature on CB13s. Its only really cosmetic changes that make the 2007 model. Red frame, gold wheels essentially.

Agreed the red frame does look naff.
Much different from the 06 model? Fairing looks the same.

It's still red and white. What are they thinking?
The Bol D'Or sucked looks-wise. Has Honda done a joint-venture with Dyson or something?

Heres me thinking you were going to bag another bike you'd never ridden!....I was looking for a fight too. Dammit.I think I'd stay away from the CB1300. I don't think I am man enough to ride one. Have you seen the size of them?

Saw one on Manfield during a trackday...the semi-faired version. Thought it was pretty cool. At one stage I thought it was the way my bike 'career' was going (in terms of bike models/flavours).

Yeah, I meant 06. Am assuming that aside from the frame colour its the same bike.

My opinion (I said this in another CB13 thread also) is that they're harking back to CB1100R days (the first model with the half-fairing - 1100RB).
I like it, looks retro and still up to date at the same time.

Nice bike, reminiscent of the CB F series of the early 80s, must save money....

The CB1300S is a cool bike, I really like it. But I don't like the red frame on the 07 model, they should have left it black! IMO it's starting to look like one of those really bad custom jobs where the owner starts out by painting a few bolt heads here and there, then it all gets a little out of control. Also, I don't dislike the Gold wheels but I fail see how they really tie into the Red/White paint job.

That looks hot! Would my bike look stupid in red and white? I'm liking that look. Not as keen on the red+blue+white Honda style; it reminds me of American flag, but the red+white looks wicked. I like the half-fairing too, it's nice being able to see the important bits on a bike instead of covering them all up.

It's so easy to see where the gold wheels/red frame/red & white half fairing all ties in. Click on Bonez's link !!!

Sorry no. The intention is to create a visual impression of this, the CB1100R, which you will note is not a Yamaha:whistle:

Think they look better with the black frame, there is no difference in the mecanical department as far as i am aware just cosmetics.
