Tolling of Western Ring Route

A quick summary of the proposed tolling.

Tolling is NOT needed to fund the western ring route. The reason they want to toll is because Helen clark has demanded they tunnel under her electorate as opposed to going above surface as planned. This is addding roughly $1B to the project!!!
