A couple of mates of mine who are kinda anarchist troublemaker types, they got some stickers saying in large letters "The tubes of this bike are packed with explosives. This is a pipe bomb"
Then they chained the bike on the main street in Dunedin.
But nobody cared, and the bike was still there a week later, although vandalised.
