Well the silly season is upon us, and my daughters know it (dammit). We went to St Lukes on Saturday and most shops have some Xmas decorations and such up to entice the littlies in (they are soooo gullible, it's cute). Problem is, they're savvy enough to know that there are presents in it for them, and this leads to the following:
Laura: Daddy look! The puppy has some glitter on it's cage. Let's buy it for Xmas!
Me: Well honey. You know we don't have much of a yard for it to play in, so I think that Santa is going to give this one to another little girl.
Laura: Well then Santa can go **** himself (cries)
Me: **Gulp!**
So, with this in mind, "Hey, Santa!...."
