I have a 3 month term (Initial) position avaliable as a Customer Service Rep (Telephone) in my Auckland distribution yard.

Previous experience in a role like this is essential or at least a role where you have had to communicate effectively on the phone as a minimum.

The role is;

Answering incoming customers calls in a friendly and curteous manner.
Taking their order.
Entering the order in to SAP, this produces a picking slip and despatch docket.
Scheduling delivery with the transport operator.
Communicating delivery back to customer.
Processing credits (pallets and returned product) into SAP.
Administering the SAP side of the stock take activities.
Working closely with the Depot Supervisor.

Hours of work are 7.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Experience with the Microsoft suit of applications and SAP is a requirement, or a similar system (BPCS, JD Edwards)

Rate of pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

This is a new position due to rapid growth which has now become normal business so an extra resource is required.

A company medical must be undertaken, including a drugs test prior to offer or commencement of employment.

What drugs do i get to test?? pm me the details and i'll come along. Prefer to do the tests on either thursday, friday or saturday night but can be flexible.

ps.. i don't do needles.. k?!
