So I have managed to scrounge together enough cash to buy myself a decent leather jacket for once in my biking life, and what happens......My gloves have just parted ways with their once unapproachable structural integrity.....thats right the buggers have worn out.
I just put my thumb through them this morning - lucky I didn't have a spill in them I suppose, as they would have been as much use a pair of washing up gloves.
Now I am a firm believer in paying top dollar for gloves, 'cus there is not alot of flesh on your hands to start with, and a crap set of gloves coupled with some asphalt surfing is a good way of losing a few digits and gaining alot of scar tissue.
So I'm off to get some new gloves, the bloody jacket might have to wait until next month.......grumble, grumble, bitch, bitch, moan, moan.......TITS
