Yeah i dunno...seems to have a good history, but something is not quite right. I saw an add a couple of years ago that was for a 2004 YZF R1, and the price on it was 7k, however the person would only tell me that they had to pay off a mortgage payment or they would loose the house, and that they wanted payment via western money transfer. Sounded very dodgy to me, so i told them so and buggered off. I would want to view a bike like this first, and get an OWNERSHIP history on it, could be stolen from in the uk.

Can't see any way a deal like that can go wrong. I'm gonna bid right now. It's not like anybody can use someone elses trademe account to do dodgy deals.

Just caught that one myself and posted a thread about it here, went back to the auction and saw your question there Al. Even though it's a short auction I reported it.
