Leaky 'joint'

Yungatart's Eliminator has a water leak where the return pipe enters the crankcase. The pipe appears to be pushed into a bolt-on housing. There are no external hose clamps etc. I assume that there is a rubber sealing gasket in there somewhere? Anyways...will a radiatoir sealant work or is it best to strip it down etc. I do not have a manual for this bike so am loathe to just rip into it. This is the EL250 inline twin, same as GPX250 AFAIK.

Most likely just an O ring,and easy cheap fix.And possibly corroded around the O ring groove,a nasty and more expensive fix.Don't use stop leak - remove and use silicone.

SILICONE WORKS WELL EVEN ON EXHAUST LEAKS , BUT YOU MUST USE NUETRAL CURE THE ROOFING STUFF NOT ACETIC CURE OR THE ACID SLOWY EATS AWAY METAL AND LET IT CURE PROPERLY B4 USE

Yep - fecked O-ring. Replacement from Supercheap - slightly oversize, smear with dish liquid to ease fitting. Leak stopped. Yay!
