Suggestion for a Tribute to fallen friends

I appreciate that there are a number of things being organised around the funerals of Bruce, Bruce and Daryll. But not everyone can make it to pay their respects.

So my suggestion:

The current count of highest number on the site is 284.
How about arranging a time when we can blow that figure out of the water by all logging in and raising a glass for the 3 fallen riders. Then it will always be a reminder (not that we need it) everytime we see that count.
This is something we can all do at the same time, from any part of the country.

My suggestion is to maybe organise it for Sunday night. That way all of the travelling groups have a chance to get home again after attending the funerals.

Didnt know the three but the outpouring of emotions from this board has affected me deeply.

I dont havent felt qualified enough to enter into the other threads.

This will be a way for me to show my loss in never having got to know any of them.

The numbers of members who have been looking at certain threads has been surprising. Far greater than usual, for obvious reasons.

That Sunday night there was a lot of emotion in here and the number and date reflect the events of that fateful weekend.

I am sure one day the number will be passed, but knowing Uncle B and from what I have heard about Bruce and Daryll they would want us and KB to move on.

Nice thought..................was thinking maybe those that wanted to could put in a small amount of $ and take out a memorial thingy in the newspaper up there...........write the memorial and prepay it for however long on the anniversary.simply titled from Kiwi biker..............
