Note to self. In slow moving traffic keep an eye on the cage in front you rather than the biker going in the opposite direction. Advance apologies to all for not giving you a heads up.

It's a wave thread by another name ... hmmmm .. i only nod when i can't take my hands off the bars ... just do what i do ... wave at every biker .. we are a good bunch and if they don't wave .. or nod .. back .. they are either too busy riding a nasty corner or they didn't see you .. it's nothing personal.

Nods have yet to be approved - it has to be a wave, preferably a Double Rimmer.
But you don't wave to scooters,Harleys, dirt bikes, classic bikes,BMW's or Cops - even so,you still have to insist you wave to everyone.

Twas bloody close I tell ya. Often see cages with triangular dents in the boot or bumber and wonder what was the rider thinking. I can now see how they get there.

We should do a choreographed one at lights ... one nod, look at each other... then two nods ... pause, point a finger at one another and then thrash!! :Punk: :headbang:
I will then put the stand down, get off my bike and then do
"I'm a little teapot short and stout..."

Uhuh! I know where you're coming from... How does one not see a caravan when one is riding a pushbike...? :gob: Was many years ago as a teenager... :bye:
PS. I wave to every biker when poss unless I'm too busy concentrating on traffic or corner or otherwise engaged at which times I attempt to nod.
