Ok people of KB this my anouncment of my Xmas preasent to me,

A bran spanking new K6 SV1000s with set of stainless Yosi pipes. So far I absoulotly love the increased power and once the dam thing is run in and I actually learn how to ride it (its just a little diffferent to the 98 600 bandit I had previous) im sure I will love it even more.

Right thats about it for now I will keep you posted on how the bike goes with a few more km on her.

Congrats, Dude! Nice bike (even if it is a bit ugly and cobbled-together looking). Hope you enjoy riding it.

Congrats! Nice bike, and I'd be getting myself one of those if I had the mullah, isf the pillion seat was bigger, if it had more fairings, grew 2 more cylinders and dropped 100cc, and re-named itself RF900!! :p

Just hassling you... :D Very nice!

Onya man...good all round bikes them be mate.
Have had ours for about 5 months/12000kms now and it's been a bloody good bike.
I recommend that you try the -1 tooth off the front sprocket though as it does make them far easier to ride in town, out of corners and has no adverse effects re petrol consumption etc.

I've nearly finished with my chopped off spade, you can have it for postage in a few weeks if you're keen. Has mounts for the factory indicators, but you're on your own for a number plate light ;)

- get some of that sticky plastic protection stuff on the belly pan fairing ASAP as stone chips from the front wheel
- check out spank SV1000 site there is a shite load of good stuff on there

I've done 6000kms with no stone chips on the belly pan. I'm wondering if the black ones use a different coloured plastic? Perhaps I have them but it is made of black plastic so I can't actually see them? I must have a closer look.
