Hi all,
I've been off two wheels for a while but now I've come back to the dark side...I've been overseas for a while and though I've been back for over a year I haven't got my act together until now. Got myself a nearly new GSX-R600 K6 and I'm loving it.
I've been browsing the forums for a week or so and think I'll stick around for a while! The threads on insurance for the KB Taupo trackdays have been veeeery interesting. I don't think I'd be able to stay away from that temptation insurance or not, so the possibility of convincing my insurance co to cover me is very cool.
Oh and the Gixxer is not my first bike but much more than I have had before...the last 600 I had (7 or 8 years ago) was a FZR600. No comparison. I have done a bit of clubmans racing in the past on a ZXR400 too.
I am looking forward to Saturday when I can finally get out on a decent ride..Sunday doesn't look to good weather wise at this stage.
Any fav rides around the Auckland area anyone?
