And in reply, England were...

Don't be surprised to see Aussie back in tonight with a first-innings lead.

The poms always screw it up somehow lol.

They'll bat great then the bowling will mess up, or they'll bowl great and the batting will have a brain melt and forget how to fucknig run.

but the worse part of it all is the Aussie commentators.

Richie Benaud is a prince among men, even if he is an Aussie. Tony Greig, on the other hand...god preserve us from South African exiles pretending to be English (except Kevin Pietersen, obviously)

doubt it, thats teh best part. its classic, bill lawry, tony greig and the best of all, ritchie.

I'm all for seeing those whinging poms loose, but good to see a semi even contest once in a while. How about auzzie 9 down with 100 runs still required. McGrath gets 30 and hussey goes through to 140, now that would be funny.

Well tonight saw the Aussie batsman at their blistering best, as predicted the Baggy Greens look to have this one sewn up! Hussey, Clark and Adam Gilchrist, all scored centuries with Gilly threatening to set a new record for scoring a ton in a test, he just missed out on the 100 runs in 56 balls set by Viv Richards 21 years ago. Fantastic batting, think Monty bowled an over like this: 0,2,6,6,4,6!!
Meanwhile the Black Caps......nah, rather watch the Ashes!

The africans seem to be doing even worse, were 45/7 before, now slightly better at 84/7 chasing indias first innings of 249. Funny game that cricket.

The aussie commentators are classic to listen to, even more so if you listen to the 12th man :D, but they're so biased it's sad lol

How can they not be biased when they have the Aussy team to back. Is England a threat to them on home turf?

How fast did gillespie whack a ton? Would of been ok in a one dayer
