Got my learners, pick my bike up tomorrow, got most of my gear (a slight problem with the sizing on the jacket I ordered, but will sort that out) - alls great in my neck of the woods.
Cant wait to pick my baby up tomorrow. Not quite what I had in mind for my first bike, but she looks good, seems to go well and I hear lots of good things about Hornets - some people are even inspired to poetry by them (nod your way gijoe). Will post pics soon
Will be on the road soon - wahooooo :ride: . I might be dropping mentors in central Auckland a line soon.
Sooooooo happpppyyyyy

You got the Hornet? :woohoo: If you ever have a prob, just drop a note to me! I've been learning quite a bit about the goings-on of those trolls that work around the engine and the little gremlin brothers!
Have fun and take care with your new ride ... and oh yeah! Piccies puhlease!

Thanks Guys - picked her up last night, she is red and beautiful. I will definitely be out on the newbie rides in the new year, once all ordered bits and bobs (jacket etc) arrive. Will be borrowing a friends jacket to practise in a few carparks to get confident first. Will send in pics soon.
