This video just goes to show just how vulnerable pedestrians (and us i guess) are when people do dumb shit like running redlights.

Note, this video isnt graphic but it's not hard to imagine what happens to the guy, so dont watch it if you are squeemish.

I saw this before it hit youtube... the guy lived, broke a bone or two, but very lucky.

He gets encapsulated in the dent made by the side on impact, so did not cop the entire weight of the car on him.

Now there is a term that has confused me for years...
Attempted = tried to.
Manslaughter = accidentally killed, no intent.
So how do you try to accidently kill someone???
