At least you got dinner for that.
When I proposed to Sarah it was halfway through a $220 bottle of Veuve BEFORE dinner.
But, anyway, well done on making an honest woman of her. :niceone:

Congrats Duckman. As long as she knows that your bike and riding time is a priority !!
My missus periodically hints at a ring and I keep saying the more she hints the longer she is delaying it. $280 for a meal - FFS - are those Auckland prices or what?
I took her out for dinner on Sat night and it only cost $45 (although I know the owner and it should have cost about $66 - 2 wines, a 'meat' main each + main veges and bowl of rice).
Are you having a bike entourage at the wedding - I reckon that would be the coolest.

Thanks everyone - Sarah's well aware of my motorcycle priorities so I don't see that being a problem.
I like the idea of a motorcycle motorcade!! Very cool.
We'll be having a party to celebrate soon and of course your all invited.
I'll put up a message when I have some details.

Arrrrrr don't say that. It happens so often. Them woman need somethin to do ....let me see...ummmmm...a baby yea that's what they need. Keeps them out of your shed and away from your bike. And if one is not enough then give em a few more. hahahahaha They just love bein at home with the Poop maker when you are out working hard scrubbing the new tyre in and drinking a few with the boys. Remember we need to gather at the pub so we can swap ideas and chat about how to keep them at home and make our bikes go faster. :)
